SUBSTANCE ABUSE DISORDER PROGRAM
Adult outpatient substance use program that provides holistic, client centered, and evidence based services to those who are seeking recovery from harmful substances.
It is our belief that addiction is a brain disease having the potential of significantly impairing every aspect of a person's life. Our Substance Use Disorder Program is based on SAMHSA's definition of recovery-"A process of change through which individuals improve their health and wellness, live a self-directed life, and strive to reach their full potential."
For questions about the program or to schedule an assessment, contact Bill Zenor at 812-283-8383 Ext 111.
